One hour casual class designed for anyone new to Pole.
We will take you through the fundamentals of Pole, learning spins, how to sit and climb as well as other dance movements.
Classes include a warm up and cool down, as well as some off the pole conditioning.
Wear comfortable activewear, Shorts recommended.
Please remove all hand and wrist jewellery prior to class. Avoid applying moisturisers and hand creams prior.
