Aerial Hoop is a circus apparatus also know as Lyra.
Within this one hour intro class you will learn the fundamentals such as climbing into the hoop, and discounting. Poses, holds and other trick within and under the hoop.
Aerial Hoop class is a challenging full body workout, you do NOT need to be able to preform a full pull up prior to attending this class. While its challenging its also very fun. 1 hour class is perfect way to try the apparatus without committing to a whole course.
Wear conformable activewear, long pants and tops with sleeves are recommended.
Avoid wearing garments with zip, hanging ties and embellishment.
Bring socks and water bottle.
