About us

Welcome to The CoreZone where we believe that a strong core is the foundation of a healthy body. With more than 30 years@ experience in sports and muscle work, therapist Mimi Robbins is a qualified remedial and sports therapist with an instructor@s qualification in Classical Pilates.


Mimi takes a holistic approach to health, using massage to alleviate muscular pain, postural alignments to strengthen the spine and prevent future discomfort and teaching Pilates to strengthen the core, integrating body and mind. Pilates is a strengthing and stretching program central to the core.


Which not only helps us with our posture but that in turn helps our whole body health in keeping a healthy circulation, lymphatic flow, nervous system and all the connective tissue and musculature system and skeleton. All mats and equipment are provided just bring a towel and some water and lots of enthusiasm. We usually work out in bare feet or socks with grip soles.


All levels are available as well as one to one lessons. If you have never done Pilates before, a one to one lesson is recommended. For more information please call or email.
