About us

Our @Young at Heart@ class offers a variety of gentle dance styles, for men and women, in the 60+ age group, who enjoy dancing, meeting people and staying fit and healthy. In this class we have fun sharing the passion of dance, while remaining fit and staying young at heart. This is a class that will build on a healthy self-confidence, team spirit and a sense of community, in a warm friendly and encouraging environment. A fun, social class to keep students motivated and striving towards personal achievement. At the end of your session (11:00), there will be a light morning tea available for everyone. Join others in your class, for a chat, a laugh and meet some new like minded friends over a cuppa and slice of cake.

DAYS:

Thursdays TIMES: 10:30am - 11:30am (followed by a light morning tea at 11:30 at normal settings

PRICE: $10 per/class - casual, pay as you go, or Concession at $8 per class (see website for details)
