3 x artificial courts doubling as two Netball courts and a hockey area. Full sized cricket pitch, cricket practice nets (2), chip and putt area, petanque area. CLUBROOMS: Friday morning - Mens Bible Study. Ballroom dancing practice for two young people who are national champions from 9 - 12. Every fourth Sunday a dance group of approximately 60 older people use the Centre from 1 - 5 pm. One lady uses the kitchen one day a week to make cakes attempting to launch her own business. The Pavilion is used every cricket game and on every tennis and netball occasion. Each week there would an average of two social functions on unbooked nights. Amongst these users are sponsors who get one day free, schools and Sport Waikato to use grounds courts and Pavilion. There have been over12 public/social functions at the Kaipaki Centre this last summer. The public also has access during the week to play tennis and use the nets, a BBQ is also available to the public.
