About us

United Matamata Sports, located at Bedford Park, is a family orientated sports club. Our main focus is providing the opportunity for our local community, young and old, to play rugby, netball and hockey at all levels.
We host a variety of sports teams including:
Junior Rugby - Mini Midgets, Rippa Rugby and right through to 11th and 12th grade.Senior Rugby - our A@s and B@s compete in the Waikato Division 1 and in 2016 we introduced a Colts team who also play in the Waikato Competition.We host several netball teams competing in the local Matamata and competitive Thames Valley League.Hockey was newly introduced in 2016, they compete in the Waikato wide competition.
