Our programme involves exercises to relax the joints in our bodies, followed by qigong which is similar to moving yoga; stationery taichi form, then learning and practising the Yang style 24 tai chi form. We also practise the short version Yang 8 form, combined styles 42 form, the Sun short form and some sword (jian) forms. In summer we tend to practise outdoors and on the first Saturday of each month we meet at 10:00am at the Wellington Street Beach park area in Hamilton@East by the Waikato River.
