We are proud to say our studio is open to everyone - from absolute beginners to experienced yoga. We have regular weekly classes available in traditional Ashtanga Mysore style, in Hatha Yoga, Gentle Hatha, Restorative and Yin Yoga. You will also find Tai Chi classes and the option to take a private session if you would like specific injury rehabilitation or support. We also run a Teacher Training programme, for those interested in stepping deeper into the practice as well as regular retreats, in 2024 to Rarotonga and Australia.
