The UniRec LifeFit programme is designed for seniors (60+) who want to be active and improve their physical strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. The programme is supervised by qualified exercise specialists, and offers enjoyable and achievable activities with a strong social aspect, that focus on resistance and cardiovascular training at a manageable pace. Choose from 2x week supervised resistance training sessions, social sport (badminton, modified volleyball etc), or our LifeFit low impact classes, focused on improving mobility, co-ordination and having a whole lot of fun! Or do all 5 for half the cost of a cup of coffee per day! Membership includes access to the whole recreation centre and the outdoor pool in the summer.
