JitterFit is a ladies fitness class held on a Monday night at 7.10 at Rototuna Junior High. The sessions consist of cardio and conditioning and caters for all shapes and sizes. The session will definitely help with increasing your fitness and strengthening and toning your muscles. JitterFit classes are all about having fun and getting a great workout with an amazing bunch of ladies, most of which have been coming since I started up!
I also put on AquaFit sessions over summer (ladies only limited to 10), BOOTCAMP Sessions (for men, women and kids) over summer, Bums/Tums/Thighs sessions, and Stretch/Breathing/Relaxation sessions as one offs. These are open to anyone and you can sign up to one off sessions - cost around $10 per session.
I also encourage and motivate (mainly through my Facebook page) families to enter fun runs, do one off challenges (just recently did a 50km challenge), eat and live a healthy lifestyle.
