Exercise the mind and body with your instructor Ailsa Wilson who has been practising and enjoying pilates for 20+ years. Ailsa loves to see her clients learn more about their bodies - how they move, and how Pilates can help both in every day functional life activities and other activities and sports they might love to do.

What you need to know

Classes are 60 minutes duration and equipment is provided. Come and join in the fun - experience not necessary as exercises modified to ability level. Please call and talk to Ailsa before attending. Thank you.
